Compensation Range

The typical compensation range for this position is:

Minimum: 48.15
Maximum: 74.45


Please note that this range reflects the pay scale for all roles within the job classification that this position falls under. The actual salary will be influenced by various factors, including geographic location.

Required Qualifications:
- Active Pharmacy License in the relevant state.
- Not listed on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
- Immunization Certification from an accredited body (e.g., APhA).
- Designated as the pharmacist in charge on the state pharmacy license.

- Submission of necessary documents to the state PMP administrator for PMP access (where applicable).

COVID-19 Vaccination Requirements:
CVS Health mandates that all colleagues be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any required booster shots), where permissible by law, unless a reasonable accommodation is approved based on disability, medical condition, or religious belief.

If vaccinated, proof of vaccination must be provided within the first 10 days of employment. For a two-shot regimen, proof of the second shot is required within the first 45 days of employment.

In certain states and roles, proof of full vaccination may be necessary before commencing work.

Failure to provide timely proof of vaccination will result in termination of employment.

For those unable to be fully vaccinated due to disability, medical condition, or religious belief, a request for reasonable accommodation must be submitted within the first 10 days of employment to maintain employment with CVS Health.
