Lewis & Ellis, Inc., a leading national actuarial and insurance advisory firm, is expanding its operations in collaboration with acquired risk management consulting entities. We are in search of a skilled professional to join our team.

This is a remarkable opportunity to make a significant impact not only for our clients but also to take a leadership role within our risk management consulting division.

We are looking for a consultant who can (a) manage existing clients from acquired firms and (b) expand and enhance our risk management services throughout the United States.

Your role will involve leading, marketing, and delivering consulting services on a fee basis to our clients.

About Our Risk Management Division:

Our practice focuses on managing risk renewals, conducting insurance analysis projects, and developing captive insurance solutions, including cell or rent-a-captives, deductible plans, quota share arrangements, and retrospective rating plans across various sectors such as finance, real estate, manufacturing, life sciences, and technology.

Our primary revenue model is based on fees rather than commissions.

Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Comprehensive understanding of insurance policy terms and conditions, particularly in the property and casualty sector.
- Strong eagerness to learn and contribute to the growth of our risk management practice.
- Relevant experience in insurance and/or risk management is preferred.
- Familiarity with complex risk financing strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, project management, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
Language Proficiency:
- Ability to read and write reports, business correspondence, technical procedures, and regulatory documents.

- Capable of effectively presenting information and addressing inquiries from various stakeholders, including clients and team members.

Mathematical and Analytical Skills:
- Strong mathematical and analytical capabilities.
Reasoning Skills:
- Ability to tackle practical problems and manage diverse variables in situations with limited standardization.
- Competence in interpreting a variety of instructions provided in written or verbal form.
Certificates and Licenses:
