Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.Demonstrated experience in Generative AI, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Natural Language Processing.Over 12 years of relevant experience in delivering complex technology solutions, ideally within a global enterprise.At least 2 years of hands-on experience experimenting and developing with LLMs.A minimum of 1 year of experience in deploying LLMs for production scenarios.More than 8 years of experience leading enterprise-scale software engineering or platform engineering teams.Adept in Modern Engineering and DevOps practices, with a solid understanding of CI/CD, AI/ML pipelines, and automation tools.
Essential Skills
In-depth knowledge and experience in Generative AI and LLM-based development.Strong background in creating conversational agent-based user experiences.Extensive experience with key LLM model APIs (e.g., AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI) and LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex).Familiarity with multi-agent frameworks and an understanding of their applications in complex problem-solving scenarios.Expertise in constructing enterprise-grade, secure data ingestion pipelines for unstructured data, including indexing, search, and advanced retrieval techniques.Proficient in generating and utilizing text embeddings, with an understanding of embedding spaces and their relevance in semantic search and information retrieval.Experience in developing knowledge graphs for production use.Knowledge of RAG concepts and fundamentals (VectorDBs, AWS OpenSearch, semantic search, etc.), with expertise in implementing RAG systems that integrate knowledge bases with Generative AI models.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TypeScript, NodeJS, ReactJS, and associated GenAI libraries and frameworks.Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).Desirable Skills
Experience with LLM guardrails.Knowledge of security considerations related to LLM integration.Experience in LLM testing and evaluation.Understanding of LLM security practices.COLLABORATIONEngaging with your Gen AI Platform Engineering chapter within the Cloud and Platform Engineering Portfolio.Collaborating with Product Owners, Chapter Leads, and fellow squad members.Working alongside Agile Coaches and Scrum Leads to incorporate agile principles and methodologies into your daily practices, with coaching support throughout the transformation process.
