Job Overview

  • Your primary responsibility will be to forecast demand, manage inventory levels, and optimize multi-channel sales performance.
  • Develop weekly and quarterly supply strategies that align with financial targets.
  • Assess potential risks and devise contingency strategies to address them.
  • Analyze product sales data to identify opportunities and guide relevant teams towards actionable solutions.
  • Work closely with regional product planning teams to ensure that supply strategies meet sales demands.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and New Product Operations teams to determine launch quantities for new products and facilitate seamless transitions.
  • Engage with global procurement teams to allocate limited resources, achieve raw material inventory goals, and reduce material waste during product changes.
  • Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to the Operations executive management team.
  • Identify areas for improvement within the product planning process, mobilize resources, and lead projects to successful completion.
  • Travel requirements are minimal, with less than 10% expected.
