We are seeking a skilled and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team at Courtyard by Marriott Westbury Long Island. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth stay for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Welcome and serve guests in person and over the phone, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including checking guests in and out, handling cash and credit card transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:
