We are seeking a skilled and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team at Courtyard by Marriott Westbury Long Island. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth stay for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Welcome and serve guests in person and over the phone, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
- Manage the front desk operations, including checking guests in and out, handling cash and credit card transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to read, write, and speak fluently.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to lift or move up to 20 pounds, with frequent standing and movement throughout the shift.
