This position is essential in fostering a welcoming atmosphere characterized by friendliness, cleanliness, and enjoyment for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver courteous and professional service while presenting food and clearing tables.
  • Ensure timely delivery of food to tables and lanes, maintaining high standards of quality and freshness.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of all food and beverage offerings, staying informed about new items and specials.
  • Efficiently clear, clean, and prepare tables and lanes for incoming guests.

Maintain a superior level of cleanliness in designated work areas and side stations throughout the shift (sweeping, mopping, cleaning tables, etc.).


  • Demonstrate proficiency with the Point of Sale (POS) system, processing payments accurately and promptly.
  • Ensure side stations are clean and well-stocked for service staff.
  • Assist the Bartender with bar setup, stocking, and cleaning glassware.
  • Keep restrooms tidy, stocked, and organized during shifts.
  • Polish silverware as necessary throughout the shift.

Roll silverware as required.


  • Regularly pick up litter and debris from the entrance and surrounding areas.
*Additional responsibilities may be assigned by management.
