Job Summary

PGIM is seeking a highly skilled Regional Director to lead our sales team in Basking Ridge, NJ. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will be responsible for driving market growth through recruitment, development, and retention of financial professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent in the financial services industry.
  • Coach and mentor sales teams to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to identify and attract top candidates.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the sales team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the sales team is equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales results and growing market share.
  • Series 6 and 65 registrations, Life/Health insurance license & P&C License.
  • Series 7 and 66 registrations (preferred).
  • Industry designations such as CFP, ChFC, or CLU (preferred).
