Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or relevant experience at First Community Services.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.

  • Experience in facilitating meetings and gathering information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail to ensure business requirements are met.
  • Capability to swiftly comprehend and analyze the organization's business, applications, and technical functions.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a complex and dynamic work environment.

  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain focus.
  • Must successfully pass a background investigation in accordance with company policy.
