Key Responsibilities:- Restaurant Operations: Assist in managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, food quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Team Leadership: Set the tone for a positive and productive work environment, resolving guest issues as needed, and providing guidance and support to team members.
- Financial Management: Help control the business end of the business, increasing profits and minimizing losses, and assisting in managing inventory and labor.
- Training and Development: Train new team members and supervise current employees to consistently provide exemplary service with a Mellow vibe.
- Safety and Sanitation: Maintain a healthy and safe environment for guests and staff by adhering to Mellow Mushroom standards for safety and sanitation.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years full-service restaurant management experience.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Skills: Demonstrated ability to achieve expected store financial results, excellent communication skills, ability to enthusiastically interact with others, adaptability, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
