About the Role:
We are seeking a highly trained and experienced medical professional to join our team of skilled Nurse Practitioners (NP) or Physician Assistants (PA-C) in a fast-paced medical aesthetic setting.
This is not an entry-level position, and candidates without prior experience in plastic surgery, cosmetic dermatology, or a med spa setting will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver best-in-class cosmetic injectable treatments, laser treatments, microneedling, CoolSculpting, and other non-invasive treatments following guidelines and under the supervision of the Medical Director.
- Obtain client intake forms, consent forms, and documentation.
- Conduct good faith examinations, client consultations, and provide treatment plans.
- Perform before and after photography.
- Educate clients on all Kalologie treatment and product offerings.
- Actively promote the clinic, treatments, retail, and available promotions.
- Educate regarding procedures and products that complement the treatment and enhance the result.
- Comply with required protocols, requests, and compliance policies.
- Perform prep work, properly clean and restock the room as required.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a quality work environment.
- Assist in all areas of clinic operation as requested by management.
Requirements:
- Must be experienced delivering cosmetic injectable treatments (Botox, Juvderm, Restylane, Sculptra).
- Up-to-date California licensure: PA-C or NP.
- BLS and ACLS Certification.
- 2-3 years of aesthetics experience. We will provide hands-on training for the right candidate.
- Proficiency with patient EMR, charting, Word, Excel, and other software skills.
- Hold a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients, patients, and staff members.
- Work a flexible schedule as we are open evenings and weekends.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and procedures.
- Cheerful, upbeat demeanor, and a can-do attitude.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and consultative skills.
