Experienced Aesthetic Injector

We are a reputable medical spa in the heart of Sherman Oaks, CA, seeking a highly skilled and dedicated medical professional to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse/Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant who has a keen eye for aesthetics and a strong passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality cosmetic injectable treatments, laser treatments, PRF/microneedling, Morpheus8, EvolveX, and other non-invasive treatments under the supervision of our Medical Director.
• Review and sign client intake forms, consent forms, and documentation.
• Conduct thorough client consultations and provide personalized treatment plans.
• Perform before and after photography to showcase treatment results.
• Educate clients on all treatments and product offerings, highlighting the benefits and risks of each procedure.
• Actively promote our medspa, treatments, retail, and available promotions to drive business growth.
• Educate clients on procedures and products that complement their treatment and enhance the result.
• Comply with all required protocols, requests, and compliance policies.
• Perform prep work, properly clean and restock treatment rooms as needed.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a quality work environment.
• Assist in all areas of medspa operation as requested by management.

Requirements:

• Must have experience delivering cosmetic injectable treatments (e.g., Botox Cosmetic, Juvéderm, Restylane).
• Hold current California licensure as a PA-C, NP, or RN.
• Minimum 1-2 years of aesthetics experience; we will provide hands-on training for the right candidate.
• Proficiency in patient EMR, charting, Word, Excel, and other software skills.
• Exhibit a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients, patients, and staff members.
• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and procedures.
• Cheerful, upbeat demeanor and a can-do attitude.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and consultative skills.
