Saxon Global is seeking a highly skilled Automation QA Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for planning and executing all QA automation activities specific to your area of focus.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute test cases, manage product test coverage, and product defect management.
- Provide maintenance support activity relevant to products released to production.
- Collaborate with the QA Manager and project team to plan and execute QA automation activities.
- Communicate project status updates to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Identify and propose software QA and SDLC best practices for implementation.
- 2+ years of overall technical experience in quality assurance and/or software development.
- 2+ years of QA testing experience in a corporate environment, including automation testing.
- Experience with HP Quality Center, Selenium, Ruby Cucumber, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including experience communicating with stakeholders.
- Ability to identify complex problems and effectively document and communicate them to the engineering team.
- Experience leading QA efforts of complex applications with multiple integration points.
- Experience working with an on-shore/off-shore model.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all staff levels in the company and with clients.
