Customer Service Representative/Manager

Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative/Manager at Mr. Handyman, you will be a key member of our team, representing our brand on customer calls. You will be responsible for handling service requests, scheduling our technicians, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and respond to customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
- Schedule services and dispatch technicians to meet customer needs
- Perform marketing functions to sell additional work and earn business
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, payment processing, and supply inventory management
Requirements:
- Previous customer service and sales experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literacy, with working knowledge of business software and spreadsheet applications
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
