Job Overview

FE Controls Corporation is a leading provider of control systems and automation solutions for the construction and industrial sectors. We are seeking a Financial Analyst to provide financial analysis and ensure the long-term success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage the company's annual budget and periodic forecasts.
  • Perform variance analysis to compare actual results to forecasts, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support long-term financial planning by developing and analyzing financial models.
Reporting & Data Analysis
  • Prepare and distribute regular financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, including operational KPIs and financial metrics, to support decision-making.
  • Create financial dashboards and reports for senior management to monitor performance.
Cost Control & Operational Support
  • Work with managers to track costs and identify areas for cost optimization.
  • Analyze project-based financial performance, including margin analysis, and assist in preparing financial reports for construction and automation projects.
  • Support pricing strategies, cost estimation, and financial evaluation of new projects or bids.
Risk Management & Compliance
  • Assist with financial risk assessments by analyzing market trends, economic conditions, and company-specific financial risks.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and industry standards.
  • Support external audits by providing relevant financial documentation and analysis.
Stakeholder Relations
  • Serve as a key point of contact for banks, investors, and financial institutions, fostering strong relationships.
  • Lead financial communications with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and business partners.
  • Support M&A activities and other corporate development initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a financial analysis role, preferably in the construction, engineering, or industrial sectors.
