Job DescriptionMain Responsibilities:
  • Communicate daily/weekly work priorities to customers, ensuring attention to detail for their requirements and contractual obligations.
  • Provide quotations for outsource prices to customers through the sales system.
  • Manage customer orders, prioritizing tasks and communicating status updates.
  • Handle customer inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
  • Process new customer requests, ensuring timely management of work by triggering release of Service Orders to suppliers.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Partner with logistics to verify unit progress according to process.
  • Monitor Turn Around Time to ensure meeting customer contractual commitments.
  • Verify physical receipt or validate other processing steps for outsourced work.
  • Update internal system notes for individual jobs with accuracy and clarity.
  • To follow quality procedures to log certificates onto the internal system for auditing purposes.
  • Support Outsource on-site duties, providing prompt support including quality processing for calibrated assets.
  • Physical Inspection of Assets post calibration, reviewing measurement reports and comparing to online tools.
  • Ensure data accuracy and engage technicians as needed, sticker units with calibration stickers and void stickers as appropriate.
  • Pair units with correct certificates and data, utilizing customer guides when necessary.
  • Daily updates in shared Excel spreadsheet for priority customers.
  • General purchasing responsibilities may include trigger and/or generation of requisitions, purchase orders, and overall scheduling.
  • Review supplier quotes, order confirmation status to ensure orders are on-time and meeting customer required dates.
  • Utilize tools to activate request Work Orders for 3rd-party (multi-vendor) suppliers.
  • Trigger Request for Quotes, generate Service Request Form (SRF), coordinate SRF and Quote, verify all data, and submit to supplier.
  • Email Supplier for updates, inform teams as needed, record all information in appropriate tools.
  • Generate internal procurement requests for multiple support teams, submit internal purchase requests as needed.
  • Follow guidelines for purchases as per policy, support any procurement outsource contract staff as needed.
