Software Support Associate

At Tyler Technologies, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Software Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will provide exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients, ensuring timely resolution of software issues and continuous growth in your knowledge of our products.
Responsibilities- Provide inbound phone, web, or email software support to resolve client inquiries and problems.
- Analyze data reports, forms, and web technologies to identify and resolve issues.
- Determine whether to resolve issues personally or refer to a more experienced team member.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to meet and manage expectations.
- Use Tyler's client management system to track and update client issue details.
- Assist with writing estimates for software modification specifications and documentation of support processes.
- Perform Quality Assurance testing for software module upgrades/changes.
- Enhance documentation throughout the support process.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of database structures and SQL.
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office.
