Job Title: App Store Analytics QA Manager

At Apple, we're committed to delivering exceptional products and services that exceed our customers' expectations. As an App Store Analytics QA Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our analytics offerings for the Apple Services Organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of quality engineers in delivering high-quality analytics products and services
  • Collaborate with ASE Analytics engineering, Client engineering, Project managers, and Data science teams to drive quality assurance processes
  • Oversee the quality assurance processes for analytics data pipelines from client to server
  • Develop and implement robust and scalable test automation frameworks
  • Test automation planning, execution, and triage for projects on multiple platforms

Requirements:

  • Current experience leading a SQA or Software Development team
  • Experience leading projects and processes cross-functionally
  • Comfortable working in a continually changing and dynamic environment and driving top issues to resolution
  • Consistent track record of attracting, hiring, motivating, and developing high-performing quality-minded individuals
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and influencing skills
  • Knowledge of programming (Java/Python) and SQL
  • Knowledge and experience with Big Data ecosystem: Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Cassandra, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Five years of experience managing a quality engineering team
  • Experience testing on mobile platforms and web-based analytics dashboards
