Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Crane Operator to join our team at Webber. As a key member of our heavy civil construction team, you will be responsible for safely operating a lattice boom crane to hoist and move materials, raise and lower heavy weights, and perform other related operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a lattice boom crane to lift and move materials, equipment, and personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on the crane to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with construction managers and other team members to coordinate crane operations and ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
Requirements
  • Valid OSHA-recognized crane operator certification (NCCER, NCCCO).
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
  • Minimum one year experience operating telescoping boom crane preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Working Conditions
