- Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest compounding techniques and regulations.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a compounding pharmacy technician.
- Certifications: State licensed Pharmacy Technician in good standing and Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT).
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of USP guidelines, state regulations, and quality assurance standards. Proficient in computer usage and effective communication skills.
