Private Duty Nurse RN

Job Summary:
Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurse RN to provide high-quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Private Duty Nurse RN, you will work one-on-one with patients, providing personalized care and support to help them achieve their health goals.
Responsibilities:
- Implement physicians' prescribed plans of care
- Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
- Document care provided in a timely and compliant manner
- Teach and train family members on health promotion and disease management
- Communicate effectively with physicians, clients, and staff
Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
- CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- 6 months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
