This role is situated within the Division of Resolutions and Receiverships (DRR), specifically in the Resolution Strategy Branch, focusing on the Resolution Risk Analysis Section of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC).
Position Summary
As a Corporate Manager, this position operates within the Federal competitive service framework, offering a salary cap of $275,000.

- Formulates and interprets policies while overseeing the comprehensive monitoring and strategic resolution operations.
- Leads initiatives aimed at enhancing monitoring, risk evaluation, and efficiency within the pre-resolution framework.
- Oversees the outreach program to ensure timely communication with all relevant stakeholders, while remaining informed on current pre-resolution matters.
- Acts as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies, attending meetings to stay updated on financial institution issues.
- Participates in conferences to monitor potential resolution risks and engage with industry regulators.
- Provides expert guidance to management on analyzing data from various sources to assess industry conditions and develop FDIC response strategies.
- Represents the Division in high-level studies and projects, delivering presentations to senior management and other agencies.
- Offers strategic leadership in crafting and executing resolution plans, managing the Corporation's Resolution Submission Program.
- Exercises supervisory authority over personnel management, including planning, assigning, and reviewing work products.
- Ensures equitable execution of EEO, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility initiatives.
Applicants must demonstrate leadership and technical experience in managing projects and teams. Relevant experience may be acquired in both public and private sectors.
Minimum Qualifications

Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead and coordinate projects effectively.
Technical Experience:
- Expertise in monitoring and analyzing resolution risks for financial institutions.
- Experience in managing staff and contractors in pre-resolution processes.
- Capability in developing strategic resolution plans.
- Collaboration with regulatory officials to ensure efficient resolution strategy execution.
