Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with operators and leadership teams to develop and execute strategies that enhance financial outcomes and improve resident experiences.
- Conducting thorough analyses to maximize financial performance, overseeing everything from budgeting to revenue enhancement, ensuring each property achieves its full potential.
- Staying informed about trends in the senior housing sector, identifying opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Driving revenue and net operating income (NOI) growth to fulfill asset objectives, enhance property performance, and prepare assets for future phases.
- Leading initiatives to optimize revenue per occupied unit (RevPOU) and expense per occupied unit (ExpPOU) by effectively managing market rental rates, care rates, and labor costs.
- Benchmarking expenses to ensure efficient margin management and pinpointing areas for improvement across specific assets.
- Working closely with operations to evaluate proposed renovation and repositioning strategies for aging or underperforming properties.
What you will bring:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in asset management, particularly within the senior living sector.
- A Bachelor's Degree in real estate, business, finance, or accounting.
- Strong communication skills, thriving in a collaborative setting.
- Exceptional financial modeling capabilities, with advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- A results-driven mindset, adept at managing deadlines and multitasking effectively.
- A passion for working in a dynamic team environment and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
