About the Position:

We are seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Planet Pharma in New Providence, NJ. As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to assigned leaders, including managing their calendars, composing correspondence, and arranging travel plans.

Duties:

  • Support assigned leaders by managing their calendars, coordinating travel, and composing correspondence.
  • Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other materials on behalf of assigned leaders.
  • Work closely with HR to schedule and arrange travel for candidate interviews.
  • Prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting high-level executives.
  • 1+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry preferred.
  • Professional, positive manner with experience in confidential roles.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to multitask.

Salary Range: $30-$33 per hour.
