Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Planet Pharma in New Providence, NJ. As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to assigned leaders, including managing their calendars, composing correspondence, and arranging travel plans.
Duties:
- Support assigned leaders by managing their calendars, coordinating travel, and composing correspondence.
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other materials on behalf of assigned leaders.
- Work closely with HR to schedule and arrange travel for candidate interviews.
- Prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience supporting high-level executives.
- 1+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry preferred.
- Professional, positive manner with experience in confidential roles.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong project management skills and ability to multitask.
Salary Range: $30-$33 per hour.
