- Operate production and packaging equipment, including assembly lines, to ensure efficient production and high-quality products.
- Monitor equipment performance and adjust controls as needed to optimize production.
- Load raw ingredients into equipment and measure ingredients according to company recipes and industry standards.
- Verify product quality by inspecting finished items for size, shape, and luster.
- Sanitize equipment and machinery parts at the end of each shift.
- Ability to read, write, and understand instructions, warnings, labels, and postings in English effectively.
- Ability to work in a standing position for 8-10 hours.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs on a regular basis throughout the shift.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including repetitive finger/hand/wrist/arm movement, prolonged standing, bending, stooping, squatting, twisting, reaching, grasping, pulling, pushing, and lifting throughout the shift.
The Machine Operator will be exposed to a physical environment that involves food debris and odors, constant equipment noise, temperature extremes, and wet areas/water.
