About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team at Zenith Innovations. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining, developing, and expanding our existing customer base through regular contact with customers on site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and understand current and future customer needs, providing technical advice and tailored services to support their business growth.
  • Generate new ideas for products and services based on market observations, driving business development and revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager, Germany, and work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Responsible for the sales area of North-East Bavaria, with a focus on expanding our customer base and driving business growth in the region.
Requirements
  • Completed a technical or commercial apprenticeship, with a strong understanding of business operations and customer needs.
  • Several years of relevant experience in field sales, capital goods business, or specialist trade consulting, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP and MS Office programs, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights to drive business decisions.
  • Strong customer, service, and goal orientation, with excellent closing skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Valid driver's license (Class B), with a company car provided for business use.
