Counter-IED Policy Expert
Media Fusion is seeking a highly experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a vital Department of Homeland Security client. The SME will have expertise in past and present counter-IED policies, as well as the development of intra and interagency plans, preparedness, and planning guidance at the National level.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic, technical, and communications guidance to clients, notably in the Department of Homeland Security space.
- Support senior-level Federal civilian clients, preferably within the Department of Homeland Security or DOD offices.
- Develop and implement effective counter-IED policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address counter-IED threats.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest counter-IED policies, procedures, and technologies.
- US Citizenship (required as part of client contract requirement) and possession of a Top Secret clearance.
- Must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- At least 10 years of demonstrated experience as a counter-IED SME.
- At least 10 years of experience providing strategic, technical, or communications guidance to clients.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Superior verbal, written, organizational, and time management skills, as well as attention to detail.

Employees must possess the ability to work in a standard office or conference room setting and use standard office equipment, including a computer.
