Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, including the overall financial health of the contract.
  • Implement and maintain financial processes, including contract budget baseline logs and expenditure tracking.
  • Review contract modifications for accuracy and ensure changes are incorporated into contract changes logs and corresponding budgets.
  • Track expenditures and commitments against funding obligations.
  • Maintain and analyze financial data using tools such as COBRA and EVM Cost.
  • Provide data to support audits and special projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel.
  • US Citizenship required, with ability to obtain a SECRET clearance.
Desired Skills
  • Significant Excel experience, including macros, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs.
  • COBRA or similar budgeting system experience.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management processes and FAR guidelines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple partners and advocate for change.
