Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of accreditation and regulatory compliance initiatives, ensuring our organization meets the standards of The Joint Commission, Agency for Healthcare Administration, and other regulatory agencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate regulatory vulnerabilities, develop corrective action plans, and implement process improvements.
  • Provide expertise in accreditation and regulatory standards interpretation, ensuring our organization's compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain organizational communication and education plans for accreditation, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
  • Coordinate onsite accreditation and regulatory surveys, including triaging surveyor presentations, managing communications, agendas, and logistics.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
  • Three years of experience in healthcare industry, healthcare compliance, and regulatory activity experience preferred.
  • Current State of Florida RN licensure required.
  • CPHQ, CJCP, or comparable credentialing strongly preferred.
