- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on equipment and machinery
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal performance
- Identify and replace worn parts and components
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in general maintenance
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems
- Knowledge of industrial safety practices and OSHA regulations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license required
