Master's Program Administrator

InsideHigherEd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Master's Program Administrator to join our team. As the primary point of contact for all matriculated Master's students in the Department of Computer Science, you will be responsible for facilitating and informing the academic planning and management of Departmental Master's programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as an academic advisor for MS students, helping them navigate degree requirements and develop plans to realize their academic and career goals.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Master's Studies and Director of MS in AI to ensure the accuracy of relevant program bulletin documents and departmental web pages.
  • Initiate and execute co-curricular programming that creates and promotes community among matriculated MS students, and engages alumni across all CS degree programs.
  • Update and maintain program bulletin documents and departmental web pages to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required and 3-5 years of related work experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
