Job Summary

We're seeking a seasoned Controller Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you'll play a critical role in shaping our financial strategy and ensuring the integrity of our operations.

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical accounting skills and expertise to drive business growth, improve financial processes, and contribute to our company's success.

Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Provide accurate and timely financial reports to senior management, including country-level consolidations, transfer pricing, and intercompany transactions.
  • Financial Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and analysis to support business decisions and strategic planning.
  • Technical Accounting: Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and industry developments, applying expert knowledge to ensure compliance and optimize financial performance.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in financial processes and procedures, implementing changes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and controls.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in public accounting or corporate finance, preferably with Big 4 firms.
  • CPA certification or CA (Chartered Accountant) designation.
  • Strong technical accounting skills, with expertise in areas such as ASC 805, Debt, Equity, and Warrants, Segment Reporting, Impairment, and Foreign Currency.
  • Working knowledge of national and local tax regulations and compliance reporting.
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis tools, such as Planful or similar EPM systems.
