The Judge Group is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Risk Control Specialist to join their team. Located in the North Fort Worth, TX area, this position will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and compliance of food production facilities.

Job Overview

This role involves working closely with the operations team to identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Process Safety Management (PSM) regulations and experience working in a similar role in a food manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective risk control strategies to minimize hazards and ensure compliance with PSM regulations
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess plant conditions and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with operations teams to develop and implement corrective actions to address identified risks
  • Maintain accurate records of risk assessments, inspections, and corrective actions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-4+ years' experience in a PSM or safety coordinator role in a food production or manufacturing facility
  • In-depth knowledge of PSM regulations and industry best practices
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed
What We Offer
