About the Role

Frito-Lay North America is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Route Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising our complete line of products to local stores, including gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and stock products at assigned stores, ensuring accurate and efficient execution of daily routes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and customers to drive sales growth and increase market share
  • Participate in sales initiatives and promotions to drive revenue and increase product visibility
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
Requirements
  • 21 years of age or older
  • Valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain any additional licenses or endorsements required by your state
  • Ability to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • Pass a Department of Transportation physical and certification
