New Home Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Home Sales Associate to join our team at Neal Communities.
Estimated Salary$45,000 - $65,000 per year based on experience.
About the RoleThis role requires selling the dream of homeownership with Neal Communities. You will provide prospective buyers with valuable model and home site presentation tours. Additionally, you will follow up and follow through with new leads and buyers from initial contact to closing consistently and on time.
Main Responsibilities- Sell the dream of home ownership with Neal Communities.
- Provide prospective buyers with valuable model and home site presentation tours.
- Follow-up and follow-through with new leads and buyers from initial contact to closing consistently and on time.
- Manage and maintain a clean prospect lead bank in our CRM system.
- Maintain a positive customer experience by setting accurate expectations and educating customers on the home building/buying process.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Previous new home sales experience working for a new home builder.
- A passion for sales with a positive go-getter attitude.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented; eager to take on new challenges.
- A 4-year college degree in any field.
