Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and produce engaging video content for various purposes, including marketing campaigns, social media, and internal communications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align video content with overall branding and marketing strategies.
  • Operate and maintain videography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment.
  • Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Develop and manage the video production budget, ensuring effective resource allocation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in video production, film, communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in video production software, such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the university.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A portfolio of high-quality video content that demonstrates creativity, innovation, and technical expertise.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
  • Knowledge of best practices in video production, including lighting, sound, and camera techniques.

Compensation

The hourly compensation for this role is $30.67 to $35.27, reflecting what Azusa Pacific University reasonably expects to pay for this position. Actual compensation may vary based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
