Business Analyst Job Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our client team, a global leader in safety and specialty services. This role will support the implementation of business platforms, including FSM, ERP, HCM, and CRM tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and systems, and be able to analyze and document business requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate, create, and refine business requirements, user stories, and documents detailing acceptance criteria of key program stakeholders.
  • Document complex business processes and IT system interactions as part of the requirement elicitation process.
  • Assess the impact of, and manage all requirements changes throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with various internal and external team members to deliver agreed-upon business requirements.
  • Document key stakeholders and persona impacts for training and change management activities.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3+ years of Business Analyst experience
  • Bachelors degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Top tools or preference of tools for this project where experience would be preferred include: Oracle, Visio, and Microsoft Teams

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and systems, and be able to analyze and document business requirements. They will also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, and be able to work effectively with various stakeholders.
