Key Responsibilities

Peraton is in search of a Technical Project Management, Lead Associate to support our initiatives.

Primary Duties:
  • Directs and oversees the operational elements of active projects, acting as a bridge between project management, planning, project teams, and line management.
  • Monitors project statuses and financials, coordinates timelines, and generates progress reports.
  • Identifies project challenges and formulates solutions to achieve productivity, quality, and client satisfaction objectives.
  • Creates systems for tracking project advancements and facilitates intervention and problem resolution with project managers, line managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications

Required Skills:
  • 5 years of experience with a BS/BA; 3 years with an MS/MA; no experience required with a PhD.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible to obtain a DOD Secret security clearance.

The typical salary range for this position is $104,000 - $166,000, reflecting the expected compensation based on experience and other relevant factors.
