Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support a team of navigators to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to residents
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve shelter operations and resident outcomes
  • Collaborate with program supervisors and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting and data management
  • Provide guidance and support to navigators on case management, resident engagement, and program development
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a shelter or homeless services setting
  • Strong knowledge of HMIS and case management software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field
  • Experience in supervisory or management roles
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care and cultural competency
