Job Summary


Kilgore's Medical Pharmacy is seeking a skilled Delivery Driver to provide excellent customer service to our patients and facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for organizing prescription delivery orders, ensuring efficiency and meeting customer time frames.


Responsibilities



  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and facilities
  • Organize and prioritize delivery orders for efficient service
  • Work under pressure to meet customer time frames and deadlines
  • Maintain accurate records of monetary transactions and customer signatures
  • Learn and navigate our delivery software on an iPad or computer
  • Perform light cleaning duties in and around store facilities

Schedule


The successful candidate must be available to work a minimum of 15 hours/week, including two Saturdays per month. Part-time drivers can expect flexible hours between 15-28 hours per week. We are closed on Sundays and require our drivers to be available for at least part of school breaks.


Pay and Benefits


We offer a competitive pay rate of $14/hr, plus additional pay for each delivery made and any tips received. Our benefits package includes a 401(k) retirement contribution, in-store discounts, monthly catered lunches, free daily snacks, and an employee assistance program.


Requirements



  • 1 year of experience providing excellent face-to-face customer service in a retail setting
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass background checks and maintain good standing
  • Valid driver's license and excellent driving record
  • Ability to obtain a Pharmacy Technician License (no test, just fingerprint background check and state taxes paid)
  • Ability to pass routine random drug screenings
