Residential Services Coordinator

The DSP Team Leader is a critical role within our residential services department. This full-time position involves supervising direct care staff, coordinating staffing schedules, and providing personal care support to residents. The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $70,000 per year.
The DSP Team Leader will be responsible for leading and supervising direct care staff, addressing performance issues with program manager support. They will also coordinate staffing schedules to ensure safe and adequate facility coverage, assist residents in achieving individual service plan goals, provide personal care support, offer assistance during crisis situations, oversee medication administration practices, manage intake and discharge process, maintain accurate clinical records, and work closely with guardians and agencies to deliver high-quality services. This role requires flexibility, strong organizational and communication skills, and basic supervisory abilities.
