MaineHealth is offering a competitive salary for this position. The estimated salary range is $24-$28 per hour based on experience, with a bonus potential of up to $4,000 for experienced candidates. About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at St. Andrew's Village. This full-time position consists of 32 hours per week and offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic and compassionate team of healthcare professionals.
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a member of our care team, you will be working with health care professionals who truly value the people around them - both within the walls of the organization and the communities that surround it.
Responsibilities- Administer medications accurately and in a timely manner to patients/residents.
- Provide high-quality patient care and support under the direction of a licensed nurse.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care activities.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current applicable state(s) license as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- A current BLS certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of start date.
- Graduation from a state-approved Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) program.
You will also have experience as a CNA/CRMA preferred, with experience or interest in working with older adults.
