Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Safety Specialist to join our team at McMillen, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety management and a proven track record of success in ensuring a safe working environment for our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies
Develop and implement safety plans for construction projects
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits
Collaborate with project managers to identify and mitigate safety risks
Provide training and guidance to employees on safety procedures and protocols

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in safety management
OSHA 30-Hour Construction Card
Competent Person certification in Fall Protection, Excavation/Trenching, and Confined Space
CPR/First Aid/AED certification
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
