Compensation Policy Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Policy Developer to join our Human Resources team at Ovextech. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing compensation policies and programs that align with company goals.
Key Responsibilities- Create and implement competitive compensation plans and policies
- Analyze market data to evaluate wage and salary levels, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Develop and manage job classifications and job descriptions, promoting internal salary equity and job worth
- Evaluate and recommend salary increases and other compensation changes, participating in the design of employee recognition and reward programs
- Liaise between HR and payroll to ensure accuracy of compensation and benefits
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Compensation Specialist or similar role, demonstrating knowledge of current laws and regulations related to compensation
- Working knowledge of HRIS systems and MS Office, with excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with attention to detail and accuracy
Estimated annual salary: $85,000 - $110,000, depending on location and experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
