Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, providing a top-tier employee and guest experience aligned with our values of Love, Joy, Trust, Courage, and Responsibility.
  • Manage Daily Operations: Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations, adhering to all company standard operating procedures, and ensuring seamless execution of services.
  • Provide Exceptional Service: Offer consultations and provide all services offered on the menu, including shampooing and conditioning, styling, and chemical services.
  • Drive Business Growth: Contribute to achieving monthly sales goals and other key performance indicators, including retail sales, services, and memberships.
  • Develop Team Members: Coach and develop team members to ensure the highest level of team culture, guest satisfaction, and Hair Color Bar performance.
  • Manage Inventory and Merchandising: Ensure Hair Color Bar meets company standards as it relates to merchandising, inventory, and company asset security.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Products and Services: Participate in ongoing training and stay current on Madison Reed products and service offerings.
Requirements
  • Active Cosmetology License: Possess an active cosmetology license in the state where you are applying.
  • Leadership Experience: Have at least 1 year of leadership experience in a customer-facing environment.
  • Effective Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Possess strong communication, problem-solving, and people skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced retail or salon environment.
  • Point of Sale System Experience: Be comfortable operating point-of-sale systems.
