Full-Time position: The Company offers additional compensation, which includes:
  • A semi-annual discretionary bonus as outlined in the bi-annual discretionary bonus program description.
  • An annual discretionary special bonus as detailed in the annual discretionary global profit-sharing program description.

Position Overview:

The Loss Prevention Supervisor is accountable for overseeing all Loss Prevention initiatives and personnel within their designated store. This role is essential for achieving loss ratio objectives and safety targets through effective collaboration with operations, HR, and store staff.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Enforce the policies and standards of the Loss Prevention department and the organization.
  • Develop and implement training and awareness initiatives for the store team.
  • Foster positive business relationships both internally and externally.
  • Manage and train Loss Prevention staff for each assigned location.
  • Create and review shortage action plans in the designated area.
  • Oversee and maintain all loss prevention equipment, including but not limited to CCTV, access control, EAS, and alarm systems.
  • Administer all internal and external investigation programs aimed at reducing theft and fraud.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in Internal Investigations, including the use of exception reporting systems and interviewing of dishonest employees.
  • Proven experience in managing external apprehension programs; ability to interface with law enforcement and legal professionals on both criminal and civil matters.
  • Knowledge of current security technology, including CCTV, covert camera surveillance, Electronic Article Surveillance, and alarm systems.
  • Strong business acumen, intelligence, and creativity.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to apply sound business principles and practices.
  • Capability to train and develop staff while maintaining organized documentation.
  • Promote accountability and manage the performance of personnel with diverse skill sets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong strategic thinking and sound business judgment.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of Retail Loss Prevention Management experience, including responsibilities for District/Regional Executives and team.
