About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Department Administrator to join our team at Hudson Toyota. As a key member of our dealership, you will provide administrative support to our office and managers, ensuring seamless communication and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain structures for communication between departments
  • Provide valuable information to supervisors for business opportunities
  • Manage day-to-day operations and needs of the assigned department
  • Oversee internal administrative duties, including processing invoices and expense reports
  • Maintain strong working relationships with across all dealership departments
