Job Title: Executive Assistant / Office Manager

About Us:

  • ObjectiveHealth is a clinical research company that utilizes proprietary technology to increase patient access to research trials, provide physicians with enhanced care options, and deliver superior clinical research enrollment metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings and events, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for meetings and presentations
  • Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in handling confidential matters
  • Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively take action to address them
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive
  • Manage office supplies inventory and ordering to maintain adequate stock levels
  • Monitor office equipment and arrange for maintenance or repairs as necessary
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming office environment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and schedules
