Electrical Systems Specialist

As an Electrical Engineer at The Swift Group, you will play a crucial role in developing requirements and providing direction on design concepts. You will serve as a technical coordinator and communicator between project teams and leadership, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective project execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in developing technical requirements and design concepts
- Provide technical coordination and communication between project teams and leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university
- 5 years of additional experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
- Strong technical project management skills
- Excellent customer engagement and communication skills
- Ability to derive technical requirements and design concepts
- Program planning and execution skills
- Microelectronics fabrication lifecycle experience, including test and packaging
A current government clearance, background investigation, and polygraph are required.

Pay Range:$79,996.80 - $290,004.00
