Electrical Engineer Job Description

As an Electrical Engineer at The Swift Group, you will play a crucial role in developing requirements and providing direction on design concepts. You will serve as a technical coordinator and communicator between project teams and leadership, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing technical requirements and design concepts
  • Provide technical coordination and communication between project teams and leadership
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university
  • 5 years of additional experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
  • Strong technical project management skills
  • Excellent customer engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to derive technical requirements and design concepts
  • Program planning and execution skills
Desired Skills:
  • Microelectronics fabrication lifecycle experience, including test and packaging
Security Clearance:

A current government clearance, background investigation, and polygraph are required.

Pay Range:

$79,996.80 - $290,004.00
