Job Opportunity:

Ocean Dental is seeking a skilled and compassionate dental assistant to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.

About the Role:

We are looking for a positive and upbeat individual who is passionate about working with children, teens, and young adults. As a dental assistant, you will be responsible for providing top-notch patient care, assisting with dental procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized clinical environment.

Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional patient care and ensure a positive experience for all patients
* Assist dentists and hygienists with dental procedures, including preparing patients, mixing materials, and maintaining equipment
* Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment, adhering to infection control protocols and OSHA guidelines
* Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient treatment

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Dental assisting certification from an accredited program
* Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
