Lead Dentist

Job Summary:
As a Lead Dentist - Clinical Director at Aspen Dental, you will be responsible for managing a team of dental professionals and providing exceptional patient care. You will lead by example, adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions
- Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients
- Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency
- Maintain an awareness of the budget and work in conjunction with the Operations team to attain financial objectives
- Mentor and coach new dentists and a team of dental professionals
- Keep abreast of new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development
- Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the greater community
Requirements:
- Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school
- Aspen Dental-branded practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists
